What exactly do we do and who are we?
We are Helle Niedersachsen Raiffeisen Kartoffel GmbH, or HNG for short.
Your potato and onion professionals in northern Germany
As a sales organization of RAISA eG and VSE eG, we are active throughout northern Germany with our dedicated team.
We buy potatoes and onions directly from farmers at fair prices and market the goods to packing plants and the processing industry.
These supply the food retail trade - together we ensure that consumers can enjoy fresh, high-quality potato products and onions all year round.
Reliable origin and quality - from harvest to summer
We work with a large number of qualified and responsible farmers from the region - from harvest to delivery the following summer.
Thanks to modern crate storage facilities with active cooling, our partners can store all common qualities of potatoes and onions optimally over long periods of time.
Cooperation with certified hauliers guarantees punctual and careful delivery - reliably from the field to the customer.

Remaining quantities from the 2025 harvest are still available.
We would be happy to inform you personally about varieties, qualities and delivery options.
Onions:
The new harvest starts in September - from then on fresh onions will be available again.
